Hi Jack and Mike,
I wanted to say thank you once again for the amazing job you did at my
husbands 50th birthday party. You far exceeded my expectations and I have you both to thank for the success of this small get together. Just the kitchen alone was exciting for people as they drove up to my house, it set the pace for the rest of the party. I will always have you at the top of my list when planning anything in the future or referring you business. Oh and watch for little Bill in the future, he is going to be big.

Jack and Mike,
We just want to express how wonderful the food and your service was at
our Annual Christmas Party. Everyone! I mean everyone I talked to
couldn't say enough about how great the food was. I had people asking
where your restaurant was so that they could go there, because they'd
never had such great BBQ. Like we said, we had the guys from the
Corporation Yard, the PD and the Fire there, who are hard to please,
commenting over and over about the great food. You knew exactly what
they wanted.
Again, we want you back! We'll be meeting next week to start the plans
for next year's party and I will be getting with you I'm sure for the
Christmas one and maybe for many more to come.
You folks made our party the great success that we feel it was.

Jack,
The City of Reno Holiday Committee wants to reserve you as our caterer
for next year's Holiday Party for Thursday, December 13 for a party to
begin at 2:00 and end at 5:00. The raves coming from those that
attended this year's party were unbelievable. We also believe we had
more people than we expected this year and will have even more next
year because the word got around like crazy and people are telling everyone they need to be sure to come next year if we have you folks. So we're looking at budgets to increase the funds for food. Can you give us some idea, from your end, how many people you think attended? You absolutely outdid yourselves for us and we want to be sure that we pay our fair share for the next party. It just could not have been better, though, thanks to you folks. Your ribs have become the thing to talk about at city hall!

A taste of food?
On August 11, A Taste of Art (benefiting the Nevada Museum of Art) was
held in International Game Technology's courtyard. The event features food and wine booths, although this year the food seemed a bit light to me. The Men Wielding Fire booth always has the longest line, and in two years I've attended this event, the closest I got to their food was sneaking peeks of what other people had on their plates.

I have to give kudos to Jack Lyons and Mike Sylvester of Men Wielding
Fire. I went to two parties recently where this catering company had prepared scrumptious feasts from the company's 40-foot custom mobile kitchen-trailer. These guys will cook for any type event in a variety of price ranges.

The first annual Rock for the Cure-Reno was a huge hit! You and your
